AFRICAN AMERICAN WINE TASTING SOCIETY FORMS STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH SWIRL WINE NEWS ATLANTA,GA – FEBRUARY 9, 2004 – The African American Wine Tasting Society, Inc. (AAWTS) today announced a strategic partnership has been formed with Swirl Wine News. The partnership allows AAWTS to offer an important benefit to its entire membership. AAWTS members will now receive subscriptions to the wine publication, compliments of The AAWTS, to enhance members’ already inclusive educational format. The African American Wine Tasting Society, Inc. has a commitment to provide its members with simple wine education and Swirl Wine News aims to be accessible and enjoyable for novices, while remaining useful and informative to connoisseurs. These common objectives make AAWTS and Swirl a great ensemble. Swirl is published bi-monthly and covers a range of topics including restaurants (a different market each issue), wine pairings, expert recommendations, in-depth looks at different grape varietals, reader Q&As, accessories and more. The Chicago Sun-Times described Swirl as "full of information any wine aficionado would find useful." It's all about enjoying wine and empowering Swirl readers by providing fun and useful information.
